Work Experience

Mathew is a dynamic Learning and Development specialist with over 18 years of diverse experience across corporate L&D, behavioral coaching, and experiential facilitation. Before joining Pegasus, he held various roles with organizations such as Forcepoint, Oracle, and Microsoft (via consulting firms), where he led learning initiatives, managed delivery logistics, and facilitated leadership development programs.

As a certified NLP Trainer and Coach, Mathew has empowered numerous professionals through impactful training sessions rooted in behavioral science and experiential learning. After years of participating in and observing the transformational power of outdoor-based learning, he chose Pegasus as a platform to integrate his passion for coaching with his love for movement and nature-based learning.

Interests
A certified triathlete and Ironman 70.3 finisher, Mathew sees endurance sports as a metaphor for life and learning. He is passionate about helping others rediscover their physical and emotional potential through discipline and self-awareness. He is also a skilled juggler and often blends movement-based techniques into his coaching sessions to engage participants kinesthetically.

Mathew is multilingual—fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil —and enjoys connecting with people across cultures and backgrounds.

Qualifications
He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from Madras Christian College.
