Founder of Pegasus, Ravi is an alumnus of NDA and IMA with a background in the Parachute Regiment. Since establishing Pegasus in 1995, he has designed and delivered leadership and OD programs, bringing entrepreneurial vision and innovative blended approaches to learning.
K. R. Prabhu
Co-founder and current Board Member of Pegasus, Prabhu brings experience from the Border Security Force and corporate sector. He has pioneered leadership programs for PSUs, NGOs, and global clients, integrating ethics and social responsibility into transformative learning journeys.
Wg. Cdr. Arvind G. Kulkarni, Veteran
An Indian Air Force veteran with over 22 years of service, Arvind joined Pegasus in 2002. Managing Director since 2021, he is a senior facilitator known for his expertise in Assessment and Development Centres, blending data-driven insights with engaging, impactful facilitation across levels.

With 30 years in Sales and Marketing, Sreesha has been with Pegasus since 2002. He pioneered Appreciative Experiential Learning and facilitates leadership, visioning, and synergy workshops across organizational levels.
Gp. Capt. D. R. Singh, Veteran
An IAF veteran with 30 years of service, he joined Pegasus in 2006. He values continuous learning and brings depth to varied interventions through rich facilitation experience across participant levels.
Col. Bala Sundarrajan, Veteran
An Army veteran and certified Interviewing Officer, Col. Bala joined Pegasus in 2006. He has designed and led programs on leadership, strategy, values, and was key to establishing the Puducherry Centre.
Col. Lokesh Bisht, Veteran
A DIPR-certified GTO, he joined Pegasus in 2006. He has been central to designing A&D Centres, team building, leadership, and competency programs, and helped establish the Dehradun Centre.

With two decades in manufacturing, Sathya joined Pegasus in 2007. He brings expertise in Organizational Behaviour, facilitating leadership, competency, values, and visioning programs across diverse levels and industries.
Col. Girish Gujjala VSM, Veteran
With action experience in Drass and Sri Lanka, Col. Gujjala joined Pegasus in 2008. He blends psychometrics and behavioral observation to lead high-impact assessments and development programs.

An industry veteran with 30 years of experience, he joined Pegasus in 2010. Certified in ODLC and Leadership Assessment, he designs and delivers impactful programs across leadership, teams, and first-time managers.
Sudatta R. Naik
With 28 years in Corporate and HR roles, Sudatta joined Pegasus in 2011. A certified Appreciative Inquiry practitioner, he co-developed Appreciative InVisioning, blending coaching with individual visioning and personal growth.

With a PhD in Business Ethics, Dr. Vinoth joined Pegasus in 2011. He integrates Emotional Intelligence with mind mapping, TA, neuroscience, and listen therapy for impactful learning experiences.

With a grounding in Indian history and cultural studies, Samrat brings experience in contextual learning and motivational facilitation. He joined Pegasus in 2010 and blends cultural insight with experiential methods to deliver meaningful learning.

A veteran army officer, Sonu joined Pegasus in 2017. Her introspective journey enhances her facilitation, helping her connect deeply with participants through empathy, authenticity, and layers of personal insight.
Prakash N. Rao
With 27 years in manufacturing and marketing, Prakash joined Pegasus in 2018. He designs relevant programs and draws timeless insights on leadership and strategy from Indian epics like the Mahabharata.

A MIG-21 pilot with 32 years in the IAF, he joined Pegasus in 2023. Formerly with CLABS, he now applies his leadership training expertise to corporate learning and development.
