• Initiate and sponsor research and innovation in the areas of Learning and Organizational Development/ Effectiveness with leading educational Institutions in India and abroad
• Collaborate with educational and research institutions for improvisation and innovation of pedagogies, and infusion of synergistic andragogy in the higher education sector.

• Co-create “future-ready” Human & Organization Development/ Effectiveness metaphors, methodologies, configurations, processes, and resources
• Spearhead improvisation/ innovation of existing methodologies, processes and concepts to continuously enhance the design dexterity and delivery agility
