17 years of experience as Human Resource professional in the Generalist role in varied industries like Manufacturing, Infrastructure, IT, Consultancy and FMCG. Some of the high points during this journey are

• Created a roadmap document “Operation Karya Samskruti”, with like- minded colleagues, that formed base for culture change in Kirloskar Copeland Ltd.
• Was instrumental in setting up HR Department in three organisations.
• Initiated and implemented PMS
• Created a team and processes for retail start up

• Co-created, anchored and also conducted a unique program for dealers of renowned eye care organisation on self- development.
• Pursuing NLP Practitioner Certification Course
