Gp. Capt. N Saravanan (Retd), (a.k.a Sarva) joined Pegasus in May 2023.

Gp. Capt. N Saravanan (Retd) was commissioned as an officer in the Flying branch of the Indian Air Force. An alumnus of the National Defence Academy and the Air Force Academy, he is a former MiG 21 pilot, he retired after 32 years of meritorious service. During his tenure in the Air Force he has seen action during the Kargil War and has flown 14 live missions.

He has also served as Senior Directing Staff at the Center for Leadership Training and Behavioural Sciences (CLABS) for more than 6 years, where he has interacted with and conducted programs for more than 5000 officers, nationally as well as internationally. He has also commanded an Air Wing NCC unit and is a qualified Aerospace Safety Inspector.

He has undergone various courses with XLRI Jamshedpur and IIM Ahmedabad in areas of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Creativity and Communication.

He hopes to make a difference in the corporate world using his experience gained during his tenure at CLABS. He is passionate about facilitation, public speaking and mentoring.

He is a golf enthusiast and enjoys long distance running.
