Work Experience

Alumnus of Sainik School Amaravathinagar and National Defence Academy, Served in the Army for 24 years. He commanded people in the most inhospitable terrain and climate and took part in many operations enriching him with great experiences of human behaviours, team dynamics and leadership struggles.

Significant Achievements

His keen interest for training and development and his avid interest in human behavioural studies and organizational development drew him to Pegasus Academy & Consulting in 2006. Facilitated more than 700 programs for Corporate, PSU, Government and other establishments in multiple levels of team Building ,Leadership Programs and Assessment and Development.
