Lokesh Bisht sought premature retirement from the Indian Army in 2006, having served with the Armoured Corps (Battle Tanks) for a little over 22 years. He was exposed to behavioural science early in his military career when he trained at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), New Delhi consequent upon which he had the distinction of serving for 7 years as an Assessor at the Services Selection Board, the gateway to the armed forces.He joined Pegasus on 01 April 2006 as a Process Facilitator. He has successfully completed an Experiential Lab conducted by Academy of Human Resources (AHRD). At Pegasus, apart from facilitating Team Building, Leadership and Competency based programs at all levels, he is actively involved in planning and conduct of the Assessment Development Centre. He has designed and introduced a few new activities at Pegasus. He is a certified professional in simulation games and exercises.
Significant Achievements
Lokesh was intimately involved in the evolution of the Pegasus Centre at Dehradun, which has been operational since April 2008. He has facilitated Pegasus programs abroad in Philippines (Boracay), China (Shanghai) and Singapore.
