Work Experience

Ravi is an alumni of NDA & IMA. Commissioned into the Parachute regiment in the year 1980 served in the Army till 1987. In 1987 as a Capt., resigned his commission and joined SSI as Production Director. In 1989 founded terrier Security Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. A pan India company, and is on its board as the Finance Director. He founded Pegasus HRD Centre Pvt. Ltd in 1995 and serves Pegasus as the Managing Director.

Significant Achievements

He co-founded Buddhi International School as a trustee in 2004. He is a facilitator in Pegasus who has designed and delivered learning programs, especially in the area of leadership and OD.
