Experience Overview

Ajay has over 16 years of experience across Academics and L & D Domains. Having worked as a Faculty with MBA college in his initial years, Ajay moved on to running an Arts Organization. His 10+ years with Pegasus has helped him build proficiency in Design and Delivery of customized Experiential learning programs to drive behavioral change at Individual and group level. He has also had a stint as an L&D Manager – Leadership Development at SLK Software, Bangalore.

Focus of work

Since his entry to Pegasus in 2008, Ajay has leveraged on his academic and art experience and anchored over 500 programs reaching out 12,000 plus Participants. He has successfully designed and delivered interventions focused on Competency-based LDP, Assessment Centers, Hi-performance Teams, First Time Managers and Change management. The clientele he has worked with include Accenture, ADP, Broadridge, Landmark Group, Bosch, ELGI, GE Health Care, TKML, Microsoft, Spencer’s, among others.

Ajay is also an Executive Coach and his clients include CEOs and senior leaders in various organizations, across India and US. He has completed the ICF approved – Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP). He is working with TAO Leadership Academy, for certification as a Life Coach. He has also completed a Certification program in Leading Change – Organization Development

Other Interests

Ajay has been a performing artiste (Bharathanatyam) for over three decades and has given solo and group recitals across India, UK, and the USA.
