Project Management

Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of activities in order to meet the requirements of a particular project. While there is sufficient commonality around what is done, there is little commonality in the terms used. The program will help to participants to understand, manage, execute, and close the projects. It will bring about situational management aspect with understanding of temporary and unique nature of the project.
Our approach is very unique in the sense that the program will be a blend of conceptual inputs with validation of some of these concepts in the outdoors through simulated activities. Participants will be given a certificate for having attended 35 hours of PDU's making them eligible to take the examination conducted by PMI. Post program support is provided by On-Line Exam simulations and other tools.
