Assessment & Development Center (ADC) program is conducted to make assessment of participants on various leadership competencies and behaviors with the purpose to help them identify their own areas of strengths and weaknesses in the context of leadership through self learning as well as personalized and contextual feedback from the facilitators.

An integrated personal report to each individual on various leadership dimensions by facilitators based on data from Outward Bound Activities, apart from results from Psychometric Instrument, and 360 degree Appraisal
